Document Direct
+ ZQR Verify =
Document integrity
ZQR Document Direct allows users of documents to receive these directly from those that prepared them. It removes the opportunity for tampering and forgeries.

ZQR achieves this by

Receiving the document directly from the preparer

Allowing decryption and retrieval of the document only to those who input a single-use PIN on ZQR's website

Hashing or encrypting* the document, rendering them tamper-proof and tamper-evident

Providing a printable Signature Certificate that clearly identifies the source (uploader) of the original document
*ZQR uses AES256 symmetric encryption and RSA-2048 asymmetric encryption. Ed25519 - Digital Signature Algorithm ensures the identity of any sender within the ZQR platform. SHA 512 - Hashing Algorithm ensures that any changes to the document can be detected.
ZQR Document Direct Use Cases
When the parties are separated by distance. Often, the party requesting the document (eg, a graduate), the provider of the document (a university), and the user of the document (the potential employer) are in different cities, even different continents.

When paper documents are produced, these need to be sent to the individual, who in turn needs to send the document to the user. Using couriers is expensive and time consuming.
Because ZQR Document Direct is digital, convenient and fast, companies using documents for hiring processes can make quicker decisions, which is great for the applicant and enterprise alike. Applicants can start sooner. Companies have greater confidence in the credentials of their new hires. And savings on couriers can be substantial.

When the parties are not familiar with each other. Often the user of the document does not know the issuer of the document very well. The parties may be from different countries, or different industries. The result is that the user may not know how a proper document looks, and it’s difficult to authenticate what’s provided to them. With ZQR Document Direct, the user is assured that:

• The document was uploaded into the ZQR system directly by the party (eg., a university or a bank) identified in the ZQR Signature Certificate that accompanies the document

• The document was immediately hashed or encrypted by ZQR, rendering them tamper-proof

• The e-document is securely stored in ZQR’s cloud account with Microsoft Azure, and can only be retrieved and decrypted by a single-use PIN.
ZQR provides transparency on the uploader of the document, and provides the security features that ensure document integrity.
