We make form-filling a breeze by prepopulating fields that your customer has provided before. We store this information in our digital locker, in encrypted form so that only the customer can access it.

Digital signatures and PayToSign
Your customer documents are valuable to you only if they can be reliably authenticated with a digital signature you trust. ZQR uses the e-commerce processes that banks have developed to establish identity and avoid repudiation.
Customers use their bank-issued debit or credit cards to digitally sign. We have worked with the country’s top law firm, Romulo Mabanta, to provide comfort on the legal basis for our digital signature standards.
Form Distribution
Your forms can be accessed very easily by customers in three ways. First, they can be found within the ZQR app. Or you can provide a QR code that your customers can scan from within the ZQR app. Finally, you can send the form to them, individually or in bulk, using the enterprise-facing platform ZQR Enterprise.


Electronic Signatures
After you complete the document, it’s time to sign it. ZQR’s electronic signature standards look and feel like e-commerce, because we use the processes that make e-commerce convenient and secure. Remember that card you used at registration? That helps assure the receiver of the document of your consent, your signature. It may involve a One Time Pin, and some may require biometrics like FaceID or TouchID.

ZQR makes it easy for your customers to fill up forms, thanks to our Data Locker. This means that a customer need only to provide information once. If that information is summoned in future forms, those fields are pre-populated for easy form-filling. And if your customers need help with complex forms, our platform has a chat function so that your team can guide them! Our platform was designed so that forms are more likely to be correctly completed when electronically signed and submitted.
